Tell us what's wrong.A doctor takes it from there.

Describe your symptoms in the language you actually think in. We organise what you tell us into a clear medical record — then a registered doctor reads it, decides what you need, and signs it. Nothing reaches you until they do.

Why we built it

Care in the language you think in

When you are unwell, you describe it in your mother tongue — not in the language an app happens to be written in. Most health services in India start with English and stop there, which quietly leaves out the people who need them most. TeC AI starts from the opposite end: say what is wrong in English, Hindi, or Odia, and a licensed doctor still makes every medical decision. Not a chatbot. Not a confidence score. A doctor, reading what you wrote.

How it works

From your words to a signed record

Five steps, in order. The last one is a person putting their name to it.

  1. 01

    Describe your symptoms

Answer a few guided questions about what is bothering you. No sign-up, and no forms in a language you don't speak.

  2. 02

We organise it into a record

Your answers become a structured medical record of what you reported — nothing invented, nothing diagnosed.

  3. 03

    A doctor picks it up

Your record joins a queue that registered doctors work through. The doctor who opens it owns it, so no two people edit the same record.

  4. 04

    They decide, and they sign

The doctor can correct or add anything before approving. Until they sign, your result stays hidden and cannot be downloaded.

  5. 05

    You receive what they approved

Once signed, your record opens and downloads as a PDF — exactly what the doctor approved, with nothing added afterwards.

Where we stop

What TeC AI will not do

Every health service says it is safe. Rather than repeat that, here are the four lines we do not cross.

It will not diagnose you

TeC AI records what you report. Deciding what those symptoms mean is a doctor's job, and it stays that way.

It will not prescribe on its own

No medicine, dose, or instruction reaches you until a registered doctor has reviewed it and signed their name to it.

It will not rush a doctor or fake certainty

There is no confidence percentage and no instant result. A person reads your record, and they take the time it needs.

It will not share your record

What you write is visible to you and to the doctor reviewing it. It is not sold, advertised against, or passed on.

Where the service stands

Available today, and what comes next

Available today

  • Guided symptom reports in English, Hindi, and Odia
  • Review by registered doctors, with a signature on every result
  • No account needed — your session stays on your device
  • Results stay hidden until a doctor signs them
  • Free for anyone aged 18 and over

In development

Direction, not release dates.

  • More conditions and more languages, each checked by a clinician before release
  • More registered doctors joining the queue as demand grows
  • Partnerships with clinics and campuses to expand review capacity
  • Follow-up on a concern you have already reported
  • Describing symptoms by voice, not only by typing

Who handles your record

Three roles, and only one of them can sign

You

Anonymous by default. You describe the problem in your own language and see your own records — nobody else's, and nobody else sees yours.

Doctor

Can sign

A registered practitioner. They take a record from the queue, correct it where needed, and are the only person who can approve it.

Administrator

Verifies and onboards doctors, and can return a stalled record to the queue. An administrator can never approve a prescription.

Accountability

The people behind TeC AI

A health service should tell you who is responsible for it. These are the people who answer for what TeC AI does and does not claim.

Questions

Before you start

Is TeC AI an AI doctor?

No. TeC AI does not diagnose anything. It organises what you report into a structured record, and a registered doctor decides what it means. You do not see a result until that doctor has reviewed and signed it.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can start straight away. Your reports are tied to the browser session on your device, not to a public account.

Which languages can I use?

English, Hindi, and Odia. Each was checked by a clinician before it was released. More languages are planned, and each will go through the same review.

Does it cost anything?

No. TeC AI is free to use.

What happens after I submit my report?

It joins a queue that registered doctors work through. The doctor who opens your record owns it, can correct it, and signs it. Only then does your result open and become downloadable.

Who can see what I write?

You, and the doctor reviewing your record. Your report is not shared with other patients, sold, or used to target advertising.

What if this is an emergency?

Do not wait for a review. Go to the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number. TeC AI is not built for emergencies.

Ready to describe what's wrong?

It takes a few minutes. A registered doctor decides what happens next.
